Position Summary: We are looking for a highly skilled Senior RPA Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing robotic process automation (RPA) solutions to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and implement RPA solutions using tools such as UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere, or other RPA platforms.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to identify and analyze processes to be automated.
• Develop RPA scripts and bots according to technical and business requirements.
• Perform testing to ensure that RPA solutions function as expected.
• Document automation processes and maintain updated documentation.
• Monitor and maintain RPA systems to ensure continuous operations.
• Provide technical support and training to teams involved in automated processes.
• Participate in meetings and provide updates on the progress of automation projects.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in RPA development.
• Advanced knowledge in at least one of the major RPA tools (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere).
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, Java, or C#.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team.
• Experience with agile software development methodologies is a plus
