We are looking for a Service Manager to join our team. The professional will be responsible for managing the delivery of IT services, ensuring customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. This role involves overseeing service projects, coordinating teams, and developing strategies for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery of IT services, ensuring all service level agreements (SLAs) are met.
• Coordinate and lead service teams to ensure efficient and effective performance.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and problem resolution.
• Monitor and report on service performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization strategies.
• Collaborate with other internal teams to align IT services with business needs.
• Manage the budget and resources of the service department, ensuring efficient utilization.
• Develop and implement service policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with company standards.
• Participate in service contract negotiations and vendor management.

Requirements:

• Degree in IT Management, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT service management or a similar role.
• Proven experience in team leadership and IT project management.
• Solid knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to solve problems and make strategic decisions.
• Experience with service management tools such as ServiceNow, Jira Service Management, or similar.
• Certifications in ITIL or PMP are an advantage.
