We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team in Lisbon. The professional will be responsible for planning, executing, and finalizing projects according to strict deadlines and within budget. This role involves coordinating teams and resources, as well as communicating with stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage all phases of the project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including schedules, budgets, and required resources.
• Coordinate and lead project teams, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to ensure completion within time and budget.
• Regularly communicate project status to stakeholders and senior management.
• Identify and manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with company project management standards and methodologies.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement and lessons learned.

Requirements:

• Degree in Management, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management.
• Proven experience in leading complex and multidisciplinary projects.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
• Solid knowledge of project management methodologies such as PMBOK, Agile, or Scrum.
• Ability to solve problems and make strategic decisions.
• Experience with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar.
• PMP certification or equivalent is an advantage.
