We are looking for an experienced Scrum Master to join our team in Lisbon. The professional will be responsible for facilitating the Scrum methodology in software development projects, ensuring the team follows agile practices and achieves project goals. This role involves coordinating teams, removing impediments, and promoting a collaborative work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
• Support the development team in removing impediments that may affect project delivery.
• Promote and ensure the adoption of agile practices and Scrum principles within the team.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner to ensure the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized.
• Monitor sprint progress and report project status to stakeholders.
• Foster a collaborative and continuous improvement work environment.
• Identify and implement improvements in agile development processes.
• Facilitate communication and collaboration between development teams and other stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.
• Proven experience in facilitating the Scrum methodology in software development projects.
• Solid knowledge of agile practices and Scrum principles.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to manage stakeholder relationships.
• Ability to solve problems and remove impediments effectively.
• Experience with agile management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM or PSM) is an advantage.
