We are looking for a talented and experienced Functional Analyst to join our team. The professional will be responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements, as well as collaborating with development teams to ensure the delivery of solutions that meet stakeholder needs. This role involves working closely with various stakeholders to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and document business requirements.
• Collaborate with development teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Participate in meetings with stakeholders to understand their needs and expectations.
• Conduct functional testing to ensure that developed solutions meet specified requirements.
• Identify and resolve issues throughout the project lifecycle.
• Prepare reports and technical documentation.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of functional analysis processes.

Requirements:

• Degree in Management, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Functional Analyst.
• Proven experience in analyzing business requirements and preparing functional specifications.
• Good experience with Oracle/SQL
• Solid knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• English is a nice to have.
• Good communication skills in Portuguese.
