Job Description:

We are looking for a Dynatrace Consultant with experience in system monitoring and observability, to work in a hybrid model in Lisbon, supporting projects focused on performance, alerting, and APM.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure monitoring solutions using Dynatrace.

• Work with observability platforms based on Grafana.

• Configure and maintain metrics and alerts using Prometheus and AlertManager.

• Create and maintain dashboards for metrics visualization and analysis.

• Work with APM tools to monitor application performance.

• Support incident analysis and continuous improvement of monitored systems.

Requirements:

• Experience with the Dynatrace monitoring tool.

• Proven experience with Grafana, ideally including Grafana Alloy.

• Experience with AlertManager for alert management.

• Experience configuring monitoring in Prometheus and visualizing data in Grafana.

• At least 1 year of proven experience with the LGTM stack.

• Certification in APM, Prometheus, Grafana, or Zabbix.
