• Lead and contribute to CRM solution initiatives, supporting the full lifecycle from design to delivery.
• Design and customize Dynamics 365 platforms to address specific client requirements.
• Develop custom .NET extensions and system integrations that enhance platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with a team focused on Customer Experience Management.
• Apply and update technical knowledge, keeping up with new Dynamics 365 features and trends.

Technical:
