Job Description:

We are looking for a Tech Lead with experience in .NET and modern front-end technologies to lead the technical development and evolution of web applications. The professional will support architecture decisions, guide development teams, and ensure the technical quality of solutions while working closely with product and engineering teams.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical leadership for web applications built with .NET and React.

• Support technical architecture decisions and development best practices.

• Mentor and guide development teams on technical topics.

• Ensure code quality, application security, and performance.

• Implement and maintain REST APIs and backend services.

• Contribute to the design and maintenance of CI/CD pipelines.

• Collaborate with product teams and other technical stakeholders.

• Ensure best practices for web security, performance, and technical SEO.

Requirements:

• Experience as a Tech Lead or Senior Developer.

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in application development using the .NET framework.

• Proficiency in React, JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, and the front-end ecosystem.

• Strong knowledge of .NET / .NET Core, REST APIs.

• Experience with GitHub, GitFlow, and CI/CD pipelines.

• Knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager CMS is preferred.

• Knowledge of GA4 and GTM.

• Experience with web security policies, especially CSP, OWASP, and vulnerability mitigation.

• Knowledge of technical SEO.

• Management of cookies, tag managers, and consent tools (CMP).

• Experience with web performance (Core Web Vitals).

• Familiarity with cloud computing (Azure preferred).
