We are looking for a professional to work in a physical retail store, with experience in sales, service to demanding customers, and support for administrative and operational activities using the Primavera ERP system.

• Provide customer service and carry out sales in the physical store
• Clearly explain the benefits and differentiators of the products
• Explain how the brand’s associated digital platform works
• Register customers on the platform
• Use and manage the Primavera ERP system
• Control and maintain stock accuracy
• Establish partnerships with professional clients (hotels, shops, and other establishments)
• Support e‑commerce sales via WhatsApp
• Manage partner service providers and communicate/monitor the execution of these activities

Mandatory

• Intermediate English
• Good working knowledge of Excel
• Experience with Primavera ERP
• At least 3 years of experience in administrative and commercial routines
• Excellent communication, empathy, and professional conduct
• Ability to build trust‑based relationships with customers
