Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to join digital transformation projects in the European Funds and Investments sector, focused on developing integrated, agile and flexible tools. The ideal candidate will be able to quickly understand and adapt to new business contexts and effectively challenge them when necessary.

Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements and processes.

• Communicate and share requirements with the client and development team.

• Systematize, present, and discuss requirements with stakeholders.

• Support implementation and testing teams.

• Maintain clear and effective communication with different stakeholders (clients and team members).

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a consultancy environment.

• Proven experience gathering and documenting business requirements and processes.

• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

• Experience supporting development and testing teams.

• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with diverse stakeholders.
