Job Description:

We are looking for a Tech Lead with technical leadership experience and knowledge in Oracle and .NET/C# technologies, responsible for defining technical solutions, guiding teams, and ensuring high-quality technical deliveries.

Responsibilities:

• Define technical solutions aligned with business requirements

• Plan, estimate, and follow up on technical deliveries

• Act as a technical reference for the team, promoting best practices

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent and high-quality outcomes

• Support the implementation and evolution of service-oriented architectures

• Ensure code quality, scalability, and maintainability across solutions

• Contribute to continuous improvement and innovation initiatives

Requirements:

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

• Proven experience in technical leadership

• Fluency in English

• Strong problem-solving skills and proactivity

• Knowledge of:

  • Oracle technologies (PL/SQL)

  • .NET and C#

  • CI/CD concepts

  • Service-oriented architectures
