Job Description:

We are looking for Fullstack Developers with experience in projects involving distributed architectures, data pipelines, and advanced service integration.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain core components (container apps) and new tools for agents.

Support the evolution and maintenance of the Knowledge Base.

Restructure and improve user interfaces, including the administration back office.

Support the production and stabilization phase of the Business Units.

Implement and monitor improvements in traceability, debugging, optimization, and application performance.

Create agnostic integrations with different LLMs and associated frameworks.

Develop and monitor CI/CD pipelines.

Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams, promoting good development practices. 

Requirements:

Academic background in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Information Systems Management, or similar fields.

More than 4 years of experience as a Full-Stack Engineer.

- Front-end: experience in React.

- Back-end:

Advanced experience in Python and Django.

Experience with microservices architecture.

Development of REST APIs and integrations with internal services and business systems.

Implementation of agent orchestration pipelines using frameworks such as LangGraph.

Experience with Haystack, vector databases, and RAG methodology (chunking, indexing, open/hybrid search).

Integration with AI Foundry / LLMs.

Development and monitoring of CI/CD pipelines.

Experience with versioning tools (Git).

Fluent in Portuguese and English.
