Job Description:
We are looking for an IT Infrastructure & Systems Engineer with broad experience in infrastructure, systems, networking, security and Microsoft tenant migrations, to ensure system availability, performance and continuous improvement of the company’s technology environment.
Responsibilities:
Provide proactive and corrective maintenance of IT Infrastructure, Systems, Networking, VoIP and Applications.
Execute on‑prem and cross‑tenant migrations during new business acquisitions (O365 & Azure).
Evaluate and deploy technology solutions required by the business.
Ensure high system availability and satisfactory performance levels.
Contribute to continuous environment optimization.
Analyse and resolve complex incidents, coordinating with third‑party support when needed.
Produce clear reports for external support teams and management.
Interact with end users, vendors and management teams.
Perform occasional out‑of‑hours or weekend work to apply changes with operational impact.
Requirements:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft Azure (IaaS and PaaS) and O365.
Skills in security and networking best practices.
Expertise in Azure AD (Entra ID).
Experience in Microsoft Tenant‑to‑Tenant Migrations (on‑prem/cloud/O365).
Experience with VoIP solutions.
Experience with Fortinet technologies.
Skills in Server Operating Systems.
Experience with troubleshooting tools (e.g., PowerShell, scripting).
Ability to analyse and communicate complex issues.
English C1.
Minimum 5 years of experience.
