Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior RPA Developer with 2 to 5 years of experience in Robotic Process Automation, primarily using UiPath. The professional will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and deploying automation solutions that enhance process efficiency and reduce operational costs, working closely with business and technology teams.

Responsibilities:

• Analyse, design, and develop automated process solutions using UiPath.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Test, validate, and deploy automated workflows ensuring reliability and maintainability.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimisation.

• Document developed solutions and support teams during implementation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.

• 2–5 years of hands-on RPA development experience, with strong focus on UiPath.

• Solid understanding of process analysis, design, and optimisation.

• Proficiency in VB.NET, C#, or Python is a plus.

• Experience with APIs, SQL queries, and integration techniques.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

• Nice to have: UiPath certifications, experience with other RPA platforms (Blue Prism, Automation Anywhere), exposure to AI/ML integration with RPA.
