Job Description:

We are looking for an Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) Consultant with experience in Oracle Hyperion Planning and public sector budgeting, particularly in state financial planning. The professional will join the Data & AI business unit, contributing to financial performance and planning projects, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct requirements analysis and design to support EPM projects.

• Design and implement budget data models and reporting solutions.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with stakeholders.

• Implement project functional and technical requirements.

• Define use cases and acceptance criteria and support UAT.

• Prepare technical documentation, user manuals, and training materials.

• Deliver presentations and workshops to guide end-users and stakeholders through system functionalities.

• Support project management and ensure delivery outputs.

• Knowledge of state planning regulations and sustainability practices is an advantage.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of professional experience.

• Proven experience with Oracle Hyperion Planning 11.

• Knowledge of Oracle Data Integrator (ODI).

• Availability to travel frequently to Africa.

• Residency in Portugal.

• English level C1 (preferred).
