Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Analyst fluent in French to support product and technology teams with requirements analysis, backlog management and process improvement. The role ensures clear communication between stakeholders and technical teams, contributing to the delivery of functional and business‑aligned solutions.

Responsibilities:

Gather, analyse and document functional and technical requirements.
Manage and prioritise the backlog, ensuring well‑defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
Support technical teams in understanding business needs and processes.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and maintain alignment with French‑speaking stakeholders.
Support functional testing, validation and delivery activities.
Identify improvement opportunities in existing processes and workflows.
Prepare functional documentation and assist with rollouts when needed.

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Fluency in French, spoken and written.
Experience with backlog management and functional documentation.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
Experience with dashboards or BI tools is an advantage.
