Job Description:
We are looking for an Information Security Specialist with the ability to protect the organisation’s digital assets, support regulatory compliance and work across teams to ensure consistent security practices.
Responsibilities:
Identify, assess and mitigate information security vulnerabilities and risks.
Implement and monitor technical and organisational security controls.
Support the development and maintenance of policies and procedures aligned with international standards such as ISO/IEC 27001.
Support GDPR and other regulatory compliance initiatives.
Participate in risk assessments, internal audits and incident response plans.
Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure system and data security.
Ensure alignment with internal security policies, processes and procedures.
Requirements:
Minimum of 3 years of experience in cybersecurity and information security.
Degree in Information Systems or a related field.
Knowledge of networking, security protocols and firewall configuration.
Experience with vulnerability management tools (e.g., Qualys).
Knowledge of Microsoft technologies, including Azure and O365.
Familiarity with frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST and CIS Controls.
Proficiency in spoken and written English.
Critical thinking and risk analysis skills.
Clear communication with technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
Ability to influence and promote security practices.
Time and priority management.
Resilience and proactive problem-solving.
Teamwork and cross‑functional collaboration.
Professional ethics and commitment to confidentiality.
