Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified professional to join a local technical support team at one of our client's facilities. The role involves providing technical support to ensure service continuity in parallel teams, ensuring that all technical issues are resolved efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities:

Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software. Providing 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line technical support to end-users. Diagnosing and resolving technical issues quickly and accurately. Collaborating with other IT teams to ensure resolution of complex problems. Monitoring and maintaining IT systems and networks. Performing system updates and backups. Ensuring adequate documentation of all technical processes and solutions implemented.

Requirements:

Preference for candidates who speak European Portuguese. Minimum 2 years of proven experience in local technical support. Verify if the candidate has been or is currently involved in any recent process with the client before sending the profile for analysis. Availability to work varied hours between 8am - 8pm, 100% on-site at the client's facilities. Location: Lisbon
