Job Description:

We are looking for a Digital Transformation Consultant in Artificial Intelligence with experience in digital transformation projects involving AI components. The selected professional will support the implementation of AI solutions, ensuring regulatory compliance, algorithmic ethics, and trustworthy governance practices.

Responsibilities:

• Support digital transformation projects with AI components, aligning solutions with business objectives.

• Ensure compliance with the AI Act, including risk classification, technical requirements, and legal obligations.

• Apply methodologies such as co-creation, user-centered design, design thinking, or service design.

• Implement AI governance frameworks and principles of trustworthy AI and algorithmic ethics.

• Facilitate workshops and manage stakeholders, promoting clear communication and team alignment.

• Contribute to documentation and reports on regulatory compliance and AI best practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital transformation projects involving AI.

• Knowledge of the AI Act and legal obligations for AI systems.

• Experience with co-creation, user-centered design, design thinking, or service design methodologies.

• Knowledge of AI governance frameworks, algorithmic ethics, and trustworthy AI principles.

• Certifications in ethical AI, data governance, or regulatory compliance are valued (e.g., ISO/IEC 42001, AI Act Readiness).

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
