Job Description:

We are looking for a Data Scientist, with experience in machine learning and artificial intelligence, focused on developing and deploying data-driven and language model-based solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop, train, fine-tune, and deploy machine learning and AI models;

• Work with both open-source and commercial large language models (LLMs);

• Implement Generative AI architectures, including RAG techniques;

• Design and integrate solutions using vector databases;

• Apply NLP techniques and traditional machine learning models;

• Collaborate with technical teams to design and deliver solutions;

• Support model deployment and monitoring in cloud environments;

• Follow MLOps best practices throughout the model lifecycle.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or a related field;

• At least 3 years of hands-on experience in machine learning and AI;

• Strong experience in Generative AI (training, fine-tuning, deployment);

• Experience with open-source and commercial LLMs;

• Knowledge of RAG techniques and vector databases;

• Advanced Python skills using frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face;

• Solid understanding of NLP techniques and architectures;

• Practical experience with traditional ML methods (decision trees, SVMs, clustering, neural networks);

• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure);

• Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools;

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;

• Ability to communicate clearly and work effectively in teams;

• Fluency in English (C1 level).
