Job Description:

We are looking for an AI Engineer with experience in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions to join a small and growing team focused on quality of service and customer experience platforms.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop and implement Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning solutions Develop data models and algorithms to support advanced analytics and automation projects Work with large datasets, data pipelines and data processing systems Collaborate with software development, data and product teams to integrate AI solutions Develop predictive models, data analysis tools and automation processes Support the creation and maintenance of data infrastructure and data architecture Optimize and monitor machine learning model performance Document technical solutions and processes Stay up to date with technologies, tools and methodologies in AI, Machine Learning and Data Engineering Work with national and international clients and internal teams

Requirements:

Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence or similar Experience with Python, R or similar programming languages Knowledge of Machine Learning frameworks (TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, PyTorch or similar) Experience with data analysis, data processing and databases (SQL, NoSQL) Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or Google Cloud) is a plus Experience with data engineering, data pipelines or big data tools is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Good communication and teamwork skills Fluent in English
