Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior Oracle Service Cloud (OSC) Consultant to lead the implementation and configuration of an Oracle Service Cloud platform within a large-scale Financial Services transformation programme. The role focuses on legacy system migration, business process alignment, and technical coordination across delivery teams and client stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end Oracle Service Cloud implementation, from solution design to go-live.

• Configure Workspaces, business rules, workflows, SLAs, and service channels (email and chat).

• Manage data mapping and migration from legacy systems (Sun Accounts, Oracle CRM, Dynamics CRM).

• Align business processes with standard Oracle Service Cloud capabilities.

• Act as the technical liaison between business and IT teams.

• Coordinate internal delivery teams and ensure adherence to Oracle best practices.

• Support testing phases, change management, and user adoption activities.

Requirements:

• Proven experience implementing and configuring Oracle Service Cloud (Oracle RightNow).

• Strong understanding of OSC architecture (UI, Application Services, Data Layer).

• Experience with data migration and integration from CRM or financial systems.

• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.

• Solid knowledge of SQL and Oracle databases.

• Experience in technical leadership and stakeholder engagement.

• Availability for occasional travel to the UK.

• Fluent English.
