Job Description:

We are looking for a Dynatrace Consultant to support the operation and evolution of the monitoring platform, ensuring configuration, maintenance, and operational follow-up of the tool. The professional will contribute to observability activities, incident analysis, CMDB management, and integration with service management processes.

Responsibilities:

• Create, update, and manage Dynatrace extensions.

• Develop and maintain monitoring dashboards.

• Configure monitoring mechanisms aligned with DOC and IIMC requirements.

• Analyze, diagnose, and follow up on Dynatrace-related incidents.

• Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective measures.

• Manage and track ServiceNow incidents and requests related to the platform.

• Coordinate with application and operations teams to resolve issues.

• Support Discovery processes and CMDB management, ensuring data quality and consistency.

• Follow up on identification and management of Configuration Items (CI).

• Ensure correct service representation and traceability within the DOC scope.

• Monitor SGS indicators, supporting analysis, reporting, and audit processes.

Requirements:

• Experience with Dynatrace, including configuration, extensions, and dashboards.

• Experience in application and infrastructure monitoring.

• Knowledge of incident management and troubleshooting.

• Experience with ServiceNow or similar ITSM tools.

• Understanding of CMDB and Discovery processes.

• Ability to analyze monitoring data and support root cause identification.

• Experience collaborating with technical and operations teams
