Job Description:

We are recruiting a Tech Lead Azure to join our team in Lisbon, on a hybrid basis. This professional will be responsible for the development and technical leadership of complex solutions on the Azure platform, ensuring quality and alignment with the company's strategic objectives.

Responsibilities:

Providing technical support to the Development Team, ensuring best practices and technical quality of deliveries;

Participating in the design and architecture of complex solutions, ensuring scalability and security;

Develop and manage data flows with Azure Data Factory and Azure Databricks;

Configuring and administering Azure Blob Storage, Azure SQL Database and Microsoft Power BI;

Ensure the security and management of credentials with Azure Key Vault;

Working with Microsoft Purview - Unit Catalog for data management and governance;

Use the GitHub platform to manage deploys and version control;

Developing solutions using Python and PySpark;

Ensure integration with SAP systems (valued);

Apply Agile methodologies and collaborate with global teams using JIRA and Confluence;

Working in compliance with GDPR standards and Energy & Utilities sector regulations;

Act as a mentor to the team, promoting good development practices.

Requirements:

- Up to 15 years' experience in the platform/language/technology/framework to be defined in the description of the service to be contracted.

- Degree in Software Engineering or Computer Engineering or similar

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to work in a collaborative environment and with global teams

- Critical analysis and problem-solving skills

- Commitment to quality deliveries

- Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities market and GDPR;

- Knowledge of Agile methodology, JIRA and Confluence (valued)

- Experience in strategic projects

- Knowledge of languages (written and oral): English (required), Portuguese (valued), Spanish (valued)

- Knowledge of application technologies

- Hands-on experience with these technologies

- Experience in designing complex solutions

We are looking for a Tech Lead for the Datahub product with knowledge of:

              - Azure Data Factory              

              - ETL tool - informatica Powercenter (valued)

              - Azure Blob Storage

              - Azure SQL Database

              - Azure Databricks

              - Microsoft Power BI

              - Azure Key Vault

              - Microsoft Purview - Unit Catalog

         - Using the Github platform to manage deploys

         - Programming language: Python and PySpark

         - Integration with SAP systems (valued)

This role, part of the Agile Team, helps and contributes to product development, providing support to the Development Team with technical quality assurance.
