Job Description:

We are looking for a Microsoft 365 Engineer with experience in Exchange (Online and On-Prem) and Microsoft 365, to manage, secure, and enhance email and compliance services.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain Exchange Online, Exchange On-Prem, and hybrid environments;
• Administer Microsoft 365, including mail flow, connectors, policies, and anti-spam;
• Manage compliance solutions (DLP, AIP, Retention Policies, Purview);
• Monitor performance, availability, and security of email services;
• Implement email, retention, and compliance policies;
• Troubleshoot issues related to email flow, user access, and system errors;
• Administer Exchange Online Protection (EOP) and threat management;
• Support onboarding/offboarding, mailbox creation, and license management;
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate email systems with enterprise applications;
• Ensure data protection and disaster recovery strategies;
• Document procedures, configurations, and system changes;

• Stay updated on Microsoft 365 best practices and new technologies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field;
• Proven experience with Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft 365, and Promodag;
• Strong knowledge of Entra ID, Active Directory, DNS, SMTP, and PowerShell;
• Experience in email security and compliance (DLP, AIP, Microsoft Defender for Office 365, Purview);
• Experience in task automation (provisioning, reporting, policies);
• Knowledge of Azure fundamentals for Microsoft 365 workloads;
• Ability to develop internal scripts;
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills;
• Proactive, resilient, and assertive mindset;
• Microsoft certifications (e.g., MS-102, MS-203) – valued;
