Job Description:

We are recruiting a Tech Lead Outsystems to strengthen the team in Lisbon. The main mission of this role is to support the technical teams and ensure the proper management of the lifecycle of applications developed in Outsystems. The professional will be responsible for providing technical guidance to the teams, validating analyses, and supporting problem solving, always ensuring alignment with best practices and the quality of deliveries.

- The work schedule is hybrid, with presence in the Lisbon office three times a week.

Responsibilities:

Monitor the lifecycle of Outsystems applications, from design to maintenance.

Provide technical guidance to teams, ensuring the adoption of best practices in development and architecture.

Validate technical analyses and assist in defining solutions.

Monitor and assist in resolving technical issues in conjunction with development teams.

Manage priorities, deadlines, and dependencies, ensuring value delivery.

Communicate effectively with technical and business stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment at all stages of the application lifecycle.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Tech Lead or Outsystems Architect.

Extensive technical knowledge of Outsystems and best practices in application development.

Ability to analyze and validate technical solutions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience in work management and supervision of technical teams.
