Ensure client requirements are clear, complete, and understandable for project and development teams;

Gather, analyse, and document functional and non-functional requirements;

Support the evolution of existing applications and the design of new solutions based on business needs;

Define, validate, and operationalise test acceptance criteria;

Act as a bridge between business and technology, ensuring continuous alignment;

Support decision-making through critical analysis and attention to detail;

Work within Agile/Scrum project environments alongside multidisciplinary teams.

Up to 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst;

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Management, or a related field;

Experience with Agile / Scrum project management methodologies;

Strong analytical, communication, and critical thinking skills;

High attention to detail, proactivity, and sense of responsibility;

Willingness to learn and adapt;

Knowledge of Jira and/or Confluence (preferred);

Knowledge of the Energy & Utilities sector and GDPR (preferred).
