Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior FullStack .NET Developer (backend-oriented), with strong backend development experience, to contribute to system integration, technical design, and solution evolution in a hybrid setup in Maia.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain backend applications using C# and REST APIs;
• Contribute to technical design and solution evolution;
• Develop frontend components using ReactJS;
• Work with PostgreSQL databases;
• Ensure code quality, performance, and best practices;
• Integrate systems and services;
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines;
• Support modern architectures (microservices, event-driven, containers);
• Monitor applications using observability tools.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in .NET development (C#);
• Experience with backend development and REST APIs;
• Knowledge of ReactJS;
• Experience with PostgreSQL;
• Experience working with integrated systems;
• Ability to contribute to technical decisions and architecture;
• Knowledge of development best practices and performance optimization;
• Experience with CI/CD.

Nice to have:

• Experience with microservices, event-driven architecture, and Kubernetes;
• Knowledge of observability tools (Grafana, Prometheus);
• Experience with AI code assistants;
• Exposure to OutSystems or RPA.
