Automation Developer (UiPath + Nware)

Job Description:

We are looking for an Automation Developer (UiPath + Nware + PRISMA) with 2 to 3 years of experience to support the design, development, and maintenance of automations. The role includes process analysis, technical development, documentation, and daily collaboration in English, using PRISMA as an internal automation management tool.

Responsibilities:

  • Capture processes with stakeholders and identify automation opportunities.
  • Develop bots using UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework).
  • Manage and monitor automations in UiPath Orchestrator.
  • Use Nware and PRISMA to support task management, workflow control and internal tracking.
  • Apply best practices for exceptions, queues, logging, and reusable components.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation and the automation knowledge base.
  • Collaborate daily with international teams in English.
  • Support continuous improvement and stabilisation of existing automations.

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of hands-on experience with UiPath (Studio + Orchestrator).
  • Experience with Nware, or ability to adapt quickly.
  • Experience with PRISMA or quick learning of automation management tools.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Working English for daily communication.
  • Nice to have: Power Automate, basic .NET/C#, process mining fundamentals.
