Job Description:

We are looking for a Junior Accounting Assistant with a consultative, proactive, and dynamic profile to support accounting and tax management, interact with clients, and help scale the business. If you enjoy technology, continuous improvement, and modern environments, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities:

  • Recording and posting expenses in digital systems.
  • Supporting account closing and submission of tax returns (e.g., VAT) in collaboration with colleagues.
  • Participating in online meetings with clients, presenting services, and clarifying questions.
  • Qualifying leads and assisting in service sales, ensuring a consultative experience.
  • Providing basic financial advice under the guidance of the senior team.
  • Using digital tools and artificial intelligence to optimize processes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Management (preferred).
  • 1 to 4 years of experience in accounting/audit.
  • Intermediate English (for foreign clients).
  • Willingness to innovate and transform the sector.
  • Interest in technology and continuous improvement.
    (OCC certification is valued but not mandatory).
