Job Description:

We are looking for a Chief Information Officer (CIO) focused on digital transformation, able to lead technological modernization, align IT with business objectives, and drive innovation in systems, cloud, and automation.

Responsibilities:

• Lead digital transformation initiatives, driving innovation in systems, cloud, and automation
• Define and implement IT strategy aligned with business goals
• Modernize systems and adopt new technologies to support business growth
• Lead infrastructure, development, and security teams
• Ensure system stability, performance, and availability
• Define and enforce information security and compliance policies (e.g., GDPR)
• Manage IT budget, ensuring cost control and effective investments
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify needs and propose technology solutions

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT leadership roles
• Strong experience in digital transformation and technological innovation
• Knowledge of infrastructure, software development, and information security
• Experience with cloud environments (e.g., Azure, AWS)
• Knowledge of compliance and data protection (GDPR)
• Experience managing cross-functional teams
• Strong communication with business stakeholders
• Experience managing IT budgets and investments
