Procurement Specialist (Serviços Indiretos)

Job Description:
We are looking for a Procurement Specialist to support Indirect Services categories, including IT, HR, Facilities & Fleet, Marketing, Finance and Audit. Within the current European regulatory landscape, which highlights the importance of operational resilience and proper third‑party management (including aspects linked to DORA), we seek a professional with theoretical knowledge of procurement policies and procedures and practical experience in sourcing and negotiation.
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement procurement strategies for indirect services.
Manage RFP, RFI and RFQ processes.
Compare proposals, negotiate terms and formalise contracts.
Manage and renegotiate existing contracts.
Analyse purchasing patterns and prepare procurement reports and KPIs.
Conduct supplier validation and revalidation (KYS).
Monitor supplier performance and suggest improvements.
Work with internal stakeholders to assess procurement needs.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
Degree in Management, Economics, Accounting, Finance, Engineering or similar.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in Procurement.
Knowledge of procurement standards and contract processes.
Practical experience in negotiation and sourcing.
Good analytical, organisational and planning skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Adaptability to different organisational environments.
Fluent in English.
Availability to travel when needed.
Knowledge of DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act) principles is considered an advantage, particularly for the management of technology‑related suppliers and services.
