Job Description:

We are looking for a Data Scientist with practical experience in Machine Learning, Transformers, and Large Language Models (LLMs). The professional will contribute to building, training, and deploying advanced AI models, working with modern frameworks and cloud technologies, and supporting innovative data-driven projects.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and train Transformer-based models using frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.

• Implement and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) using HuggingFace, DeepSpeed, Megatron LM, FSDP, or similar.

• Design and deploy machine learning pipelines and workflows.

• Collaborate with data engineering and product teams to ensure data quality and model performance.

• Apply state-of-the-art ML techniques to solve real-world problems.

• Document model development and maintain reproducible experiments.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field

Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Data Science and Machine Learning

Practical experience developing Transformer models using PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX

Experience using frameworks such as HuggingFace Transformers, DeepSpeed, Megatron LM, FSDP, or similar

Proven experience with LLMs such as OpenAI, HuggingFace, Cohere, or equivalent

Strong knowledge of Python

Nice-to-have:

Experience with public cloud providers (Azure)

Experience with RAG Database
