Job Description:

We are looking for a Java BackEnd Developer who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the technical architecture of applications, ensuring high levels of performance, security, and scalability. They will work on the evolutionary and corrective maintenance of the code, collaborating seamlessly with other team members, contributing to the quality and sustainability of the solutions involved.

Responsibilities:

As part of a multidisciplinary squad (Product Owner, Project Leader, UX/UI, testers, among others), the professional will have the following main responsibilities:

- Technical Architecture

Design, develop, and evolve the logical and functional architecture of back-end applications, ensuring good design practices and scalability.

- Development and Maintenance

Implement new functionalities and ensure the evolutionary and corrective maintenance of existing systems.

- Performance and Security

Exceed application performance, identify and mitigate vulnerabilities, ensuring high security standards.

- Code Quality

Produce clean, well-structured, documented, and maintainable code, promoting good practices such as code reviews, testing, and quality control (e.g., SonarQube).

- Front-End Integration

Collaborate closely with front-end teams to ensure effective integration between the different layers of the application, through well-defined REST APIs.

- Monitoring and Support

Track the behavior of applications in production, analyzing metrics and logs for proactive incident detection and resolution.

Requirements:

• Java / OpenAPI REST – Advanced level
• Git / SonarQube – Advanced level
• CI/CD (GitLab, Helm) – Advanced level
• Deployment and Infrastructure: Kubernetes, AWS, ArgoCD – Advanced level
• Monitoring: ELK Stack, Kibana – Advanced level
• Databases: MongoDB and SQL Server – Intermediate level
• Technical Analysis – High level
• Technical Debt Optimization and Management – ​​High level

Functional and Methodological Requirements

• Experience in Agile Methodologies (Scrum / Kanban)
• Ability to work in a team and effective communication
• Experience or knowledge in the Credit domain (valued)
