Job Description:

We are looking for a QA Automation with over 4 years of experience to define, develop, and evolve test automation strategies for complex projects within AGILE environments and CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities:

• Define and develop test automation strategies for AGILE projects.

• Design, implement, and lead test automation using BDD (Gherkin), Cucumber, and Java.

• Develop and maintain automated test scripts.

• Build and evolve reusable, robust, and scalable automation frameworks.

• Implement and execute functional, integration, and API tests.

• Work closely with development teams and product managers throughout the software lifecycle.

• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

• Analyse, report, and track defects with clear documentation and test evidence.

• Follow QA best practices, methodologies, and tools, contributing to continuous improvement.

Requirements:

• More than 4 years of experience as a QA Automation Engineer.

• Strong knowledge of Java.

• Proven experience with BDD, Gherkin, or similar frameworks.

• Experience in backend testing of web applications.

• Familiarity with Git, Jenkins, and Jira.

• Experience with CI/CD platforms and Kubernetes.

• Fluency in Portuguese and English.

Functional knowledge

• Knowledge of financial instruments (equities, bonds, derivatives, options, ETFs).

• Understanding of clearing and settlement processes (on-exchange and OTC).

• Knowledge of the clearing and settlement ecosystem (CCP, CSD, Broker, Custodian, Asset Manager).

• Understanding of the settlement lifecycle (matching, affirmation, delivery, settlement).

• Basic knowledge of counterparty risk management methodologies (SPAN, VaR).

• Knowledge of SWIFT ISO 15022 and ISO 20022 standards.
