Job Description:

We are looking for an IT Project Manager with experience in coordinating complex initiatives involving multiple stakeholders and vendors, to work in a multi-project program environment, in a remote setup.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate a program with approximately 14 parallel initiatives
• Oversee projects with different timelines (ranging from 3 weeks to 3–4 months)
• Ensure alignment between internal teams and external vendors
• Validate timelines, deliverables, and execution plans
• Organize and lead follow-up meetings and status updates
• Report directly to program management
• Monitor execution of initiatives delivered by external partners
• Identify risks and propose adjustments when needed

Requirements:

• 6+ years of experience in IT project management
• 6+ years of experience in technical project coordination
• Academic background in technology (e.g., Computer Engineering or similar)
• Strong functional analysis and program-level perspective
• Experience coordinating multiple stakeholders and teams
• Technical knowledge in cybersecurity, networking, and communications (validation level)
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Fluent Portuguese and good level of English
