Job Description:

We are looking for a Senior OutSystems Developer with experience in developing complex applications and integrations, able to support the modernization of the IT landscape of pension administration systems, delivering robust and future-proof digital solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Develop OutSystems applications to modernize and simplify business processes
• Design future-proof architecture and collaborate with international DevOps teams
• Contribute positively to the team and coach colleagues
• Implement complex integrations via APIs and light BPT processes
• Ensure quality, efficiency, and consistency of developed solutions
• Participate in digital transformation projects in the financial services sector

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent higher education qualification.

•At least 5 years of OutSystems experience.

•Experience coaching colleagues, designing future proof architecture, and working within complex IT landscapes.

•Experience with complex integrations (APIs) and light BPTs.

•Strong command of English (fluency in English).

•Background or interest in financial services.

•A critical and constructive mindset.

•Contribute positive energy to the team and coach colleagues.
