Job Description:

We are looking for a Manual QA Tester to join a company in the medical sector. The role focuses on manual testing, requirements validation, and ensuring software quality, working closely with technical and business teams in Agile environments.

Responsibilities:

• Execute manual test cases based on defined test scenarios;

• Create, maintain, and execute test cases and test plans;

• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing;

• Identify, report, and track defects, ensuring proper documentation;

• Analyse functional requirements and validate correct implementation;

• Perform manual API testing;

• Collaborate with Developers and Business Analysts to clarify and resolve issues;

• Ensure the final product meets functional requirements and delivers a consistent user experience.

Requirements:

• Experience in manual test case creation and execution;

• Solid knowledge of functional, regression, and exploratory testing;

• Experience in defect reporting and tracking;

• Ability to analyse requirements and produce test documentation;

• Experience with quality management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps (ADO), or similar;

• Experience with manual API testing;

• Understanding of Agile / Scrum methodologies;

• Knowledge of QA best practices and standards;

• Strong communication and collaboration skills;

• English proficiency at B2 level or higher;

• Availability to work in a hybrid model, with at least one day per week in the office;
  
  

  Seniority

  • Bachelor’s + Master’s degree + at least 2 years of relevant experience, or

  • Bachelor’s degree + at least 5 years of relevant experience;

  • ISTQB certification or similar.

  Nice to have

   

  • Test Automation knowledge.
