Job Description:

We are looking for a Business Analyst with experience in requirements gathering and analysis within Information Systems and software development projects. This role involves working in agile environments and contributing to the definition of solutions aligned with business needs.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, and document functional and non-functional requirements
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Support solution definition and validation in Information Systems projects
• Participate in projects using agile methodologies
• Facilitate workshops with stakeholders (remote and on-site)
• Contribute to process improvement and reengineering initiatives
• Support Business Intelligence and data analysis activities when applicable

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Management, or Economics
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst
• Proven experience in requirements gathering for Information Systems consulting and/or software development projects
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in agile methodologies
• Fluency in Portuguese
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in Business Intelligence / Analytics projects
• Experience in facilitating workshops (minimum of 5, online and in-person)
• Knowledge of Power BI or Power Designer (minimum of 4 years)
• Experience in projects with public sector entities (1 year)

Valued Requirements

• Knowledge of BPMN 2 – Business Process Model and Notation
