Job Description:

We are looking for a Systems Administrator with experience in Microsoft Exchange to manage and support messaging environments and Microsoft 365 services, ensuring availability, security, and reliability in a hybrid setup in Lisbon.

Responsibilities:

• Administer and support Microsoft Exchange environments (Exchange Server and/or Exchange Online);
• Manage Microsoft 365 services and their integration with Active Directory;
• Monitor performance and ensure availability, reliability, and security of messaging services;
• Troubleshoot incidents related to email, Outlook, connectivity, and authentication;
• Implement and maintain messaging security best practices;
• Support backup and recovery processes;
• Automate administrative tasks using PowerShell;
• Collaborate with IT teams to improve services.

Requirements:

• Experience in systems administration with a focus on Microsoft Exchange;
• Knowledge of Exchange Server and/or Exchange Online;
• Experience managing Microsoft 365 and integration with Active Directory;
• Knowledge of Windows Server and Microsoft environments;
• Experience troubleshooting email, Outlook, connectivity, and authentication issues;
• Knowledge of PowerShell for automation and administration;
• Understanding of messaging security (access policies, email protection, compliance);
• Experience with monitoring, backups, and recovery;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
