Job Description:

We are looking for experienced Java Developers to join an international team in the banking sector. If you are passionate about technology, value engineering best practices, and want to work on large-scale projects in the financial industry, this opportunity is for you!

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain backend applications in Java, ensuring performance, scalability, and security
Implement robust and well-documented APIs and microservices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (frontend, QA, DevOps, product) in an agile environment
Actively participate in code reviews, knowledge sharing, and continuous process improvement
Support the definition of architectures and technical best practices
Contribute to the integration and evolution of cloud-based solutions (Azure/AWS)

Requirements:

Solid experience in Java development (minimum 5 years)
Advanced knowledge of Java 17
Experience with Spring / Spring Boot
Experience in API development and microservices architecture
Experience with Kafka or similar messaging technologies
Familiarity with Cloud environments (Azure or AWS) – certifications are a plus, but not mandatory
Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
Strong command of English (mandatory) – international environment
Excellent soft skills, teamwork spirit, and communication abilities
