Job Description:

We are recruiting a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant to join a dynamic, results-oriented team with challenging projects in the Customer Engagement area.

The position is hybrid, requiring face-to-face work in the Lisbon office twice a week.

Responsibilities:

Gathering and analyzing functional requirements with business stakeholders;

Drawing up functional specification documentation based on the processes gathered;

Proposing functional solutions within Dynamics 365 modules, with a focus on Customer Engagement;

Collaborating with technical and development teams to ensure the correct implementation of solutions;

Supporting acceptance tests (UAT) and providing support to end users;

Ensuring clear and efficient communication with clients during all project phases;

Contributing to the continuous improvement of processes and functional documentation.

Requirements:

- Minimum 2 years' experience as a Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant;

- Knowledge of Customer Engagement modules;

- Knowledge of Customer Service, Marketing and Field Service modules is valued;

- Ability to prepare detailed documentation of functional specifications;

- Ability to analyze business processes and translate requirements into solutions;

- Experience in communicating with customers.
