Job Description:
We are looking for a Service Operations Manager with experience in operational management, direct client interaction, and the ability to oversee teams and projects.
Responsibilities:
Manage and control the operations of teams delivering services to clients. Supervise operations and identify improvement opportunities. Analyse and resolve operational issues. Prepare operational indicators and service reports. Support RFPs and proposals. Monitor projects and continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure proper definition of categorizations and SLAs in ITSM. Measure metrics and SLAs using PowerBI. Control backlog in ITSM and suggest improvements in service catalogues. Oversee coordinators and supervisors. Implement new operations, assessing risks and profitability. Manage relationships with clients, suppliers, and partners.
Requirements:
Previous experience as an Operations Manager or Project Manager. Strong communication skills with clients and conflict management ability. Commitment and stress management skills. Experience creating and analysing productivity reports (Excel, PowerBI).
