Job Description:

We are looking for a Maintenance Technician with experience in forklift maintenance to join the Service Customer Repair – Northern Division, covering the districts of Viseu and Guarda.

Responsibilities:

• Perform maintenance on forklifts, including repairs, periodic inspections and modifications.

• Support customers by addressing needs, questions and proper equipment usage.

• Identify business opportunities within the assigned area.

• Follow safety procedures established by the organisation.

• Carry out assembly, commissioning and customer training during the delivery of new machines.

• Complete administrative tasks within the required deadlines (work orders, budget requests).

• Prepare reports on technical issues that may affect the safe operation of vehicles.

• Use, maintain and properly care for tools, equipment and PPE.

• Manage the supply of materials and spare parts.

• Register incident openings and closures in the IT application.

• Suggest improvements to work processes and methods.

Requirements:

• Professional course (level 4) in mechatronics, industrial maintenance, electromechanics or mechanics.

• Electrotechnical training or relevant experience is an advantage.

• Computer skills at user level (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience.

• Proactive, responsible and versatile profile, with interest in teamwork and service-oriented work aligned with company objectives.
