Job Description:

Helpdesk Technician for on-site installation and maintenance at client locations.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to around 800 points of sale, including hardware and software installation, as well as respective technical assistance (on-site and/or remote), in the Cacém area, with travel required.

Requirements:

a. Have a minimum qualification of 12th grade (high school diploma).

b. At least 1 year of experience in Helpdesk tasks (configuring hardware and software and providing technical support for desktop computers, laptops, tablets, or smartphones).

c. Experience with Point of Sale (POS) equipment.

d. Knowledge of SQL to perform queries on local databases.

e. Hold a valid driver’s license.

f. Availability to work on-site at “MLP - Quinta do Grajal - Venda Seca” and to install equipment at points of sale.

g. Availability to occasionally carry out installations and/or provide technical support outside normal working hours.

 

h. Experience using Sage 50 C billing software.
