Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced professional in AI/GenAI software design, with a strong focus on chatbots, automation and Large Language Model (LLM) integrations. The ideal candidate will have proven experience deploying typical AI modules in Cloud environments, particularly GCP and Azure, ensuring scalable, secure and efficient solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Design and architect AI/GenAI solutions (chatbots, automations).

• Integrate LLMs (Azure OpenAI, GCP Vertex AI) into production pipelines.

• Ensure best practices in security, governance and scalability.

• Collaborate with development and operations teams for Cloud implementation.

• Document architectures, workflows and technical guidelines.

Requirements:

• Solid experience in GenAI and LLMs (GPT, PaLM, etc.).

• Advanced knowledge of GCP (Vertex AI, Cloud Run, Pub/Sub) and Azure AI Services.

• Experience with Prompt Engineering and frameworks such as LangChain.

• Strong skills in Python, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD and MLOps.

• Familiarity with microservices architecture and API integrations.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).

• Knowledge of AI observability and monitoring.

• Cloud certifications (GCP/Azure).
