Job Description:
We're looking for professionals to strengthen the Service Desk team of a major client. If you have experience in IT support, solving software and hardware problems, and enjoy new challenges, this opportunity is for you! On-site project, in Parque das Nações; Two-shift timetable: - From 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday to Friday; - From 9 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday to Friday; It may be necessary to work on some national holidays (PT), depending on the needs of the project.
Responsibilities:
Service Desk technical support, resolving computer problems and escalating when necessary. Office and Windows support and software and hardware troubleshooting. Remote support for diagnosing and resolving end-user problems. Installation, configuration and maintenance of operating systems and applications. Documenting new procedures and updating existing procedures. Producing technical documentation to pass on to other teams. Customer service with a focus on effective resolution and conflict management. Collaboration with specialized teams to ensure continuity of service. Adherence to schedules and occasional availability for holidays. Managing tickets and prioritizing incidents according to impact and urgency.
Requirements:
o Experience in Office and Windows support; o Experience with software and hardware troubleshooting; o Previous experience in similar roles; o Knowledge of Operating Systems; o Remote access for troubleshooting end users. o Aptitude for Helpdesk support o ITIL course and/or certification (valued); o Ability to produce documentation and procedures for passing on knowledge to other teams o Documentation of new procedures o Updating existing procedures Behavioral profile: o Excellent customer communication skills and good conflict management; o Ability to compromise; o A love of teamwork; o A love of challenges and troubleshooting; o Customer orientation; o Punctuality/attendance are very important factors; o Ability to manage stress Nice To have: Basic oral and written English
