Job Description:

We are looking for a Principal / Lead Scrum Master with experience leading Agile delivery in complex, multi‑team environments, with a focus on delivery governance, risk, and performance management. The role involves close collaboration with clients and senior stakeholders to ensure Agile delivery aligns with business objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as Scrum Master and Agile leader across multiple teams, programs, or value streams
  • Ensure consistent Agile delivery practices while allowing contextual flexibility
  • Facilitate cross‑team alignment, dependency management, and integrated planning
  • Support clients and senior stakeholders as an Agile advisor
  • Define and maintain delivery governance models, metrics, and reporting
  • Identify and mitigate risks impacting delivery performance
  • Support Agile transformation initiatives and continuous improvement
  • Operate within scaled or hybrid Agile environments, including multi‑vendor and onshore/offshore setups

Requirements:

  • Solid experience in Agile and delivery leadership roles
  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Leader in client‑facing environments
  • Experience working across multiple teams and enterprise programs
  • Practical knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and scaled Agile frameworks
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and executive stakeholders
  • Experience with delivery governance, risk, and performance management
