Job Description:

We are seeking a Helpdesk Technician to join our technical support team. The ideal candidate will have experience in support roles, installation and administration of end-user environments, and support for end-users. Additionally, the candidate must have effective communication skills and the ability to work in a team.

Responsibilities:

Provide technical support to end-users on hardware, software, and network-related issues.

 Install and administer end-user environments, including equipment and software configuration. 

Resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively. 

Communicate with end-users in a clear and respectful manner. 

Document and record incidents and technical issues.

Collaborate with the technical support team to ensure issue resolution and improve service quality.

Requirements:

12th grade education (preferably in the sciences) or Degree in Computer Science or similar/equivalent;

Compulsory Certification: ITIL Foundation;

Minimum 2 years' experience with: 

Support functions;

Installation and administration of end-user environments; 

End-user support.
