Job Description:

We are looking for a Functional Analyst with experience in initial research, requirements gathering, solution design, and functional documentation, to work on Public Sector projects and collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial research and gather requirements from teams and stakeholders.

• Participate in solution design and document requirements and user stories clearly.

• Perform functional testing and validate deliverables.

• Support projects involving UX/UI profiles.

• Prepare test plans and perform acceptance testing of solutions.

• Facilitate meetings and align technical and non-technical teams.

• Systematize, present, and discuss requirements and solutions with the team and client.

• Critically analyze requirements and processes, suggesting improvements when necessary.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technologies, Engineering, Public Administration, or related fields.

• Minimum of 5–8 years of experience as a functional analyst.

• Skilled in research, requirements gathering, solution design, and functional documentation.

• Experience in functional testing and validation of deliverables.

• Experience in projects with UX/UI profiles.

• Strong organizational skills, proactivity, and analytical thinking.

• Experience in facilitating meetings and aligning technical and non-technical teams.

• Experience in preparing test plans and supporting end users.

• Critical thinking to reflect on requirements and processes.
